Prime Video has greenlighted a six-part limited series based on Stephen King Crouch End short story.
The series will also be titled Crouch End It was produced in the United Kingdom. The official synopsis reads: “London never sleeps soundly, and its dreams are disturbed. When international film star Doris Freeman breaks into a London police station claiming that strange phenomena are behind her husband’s disappearance, police inspector Ted Vetter must investigate whether she is telling the truth, whether she is a murderer, or whether there is something more chilling at play…”
The series will be adapted by Paul Tomalin (Bodies(Directed by Tom Shankland)Berlin Noir, The Serpent). The producers of the series will be Mammoth Screen (Hercules, The snake(and the fifth season)East of Aden, to cut). Executive producers are Paul Tomalin, Tom Shankland, Damien Timmer, Rebecca Keane and Ben Irving.

“The opportunity to work with such a great team and bring an absolutely wonderful London mystery to life is very exciting – Crouch End It will be cinematic, innovative and thought-provoking in equal measure.
